Ancestral Alchemy Ceremony Agreement

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date you accept it (the “Effective Date”) and is between Joanna Sanchez (“Facilitator”) and you (“Participant” or “You”), together called the “Parties” or individually, a “Party.”

Purpose:

• The Facilitator offers group sessions focusing on ancestral alchemy, including breathwork, movement, and cacao ceremony to help participants process emotions and achieve inner peace.
• You wish to join these sessions, and the Facilitator agrees to conduct them under the terms below.

Agreement:

1. Participant-Facilitator Relationship:

• We need mutual respect and understanding.
• We agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and fully engage in the sessions.
• You agree to participate in breathwork, movement, and Cacao Ceremony as guided by the Facilitator.

2. Health and Well-Being:

• The sessions are for people in good health and not seeking medical treatment.
• It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional if needed.

3. Consent and Boundaries:

• Touch may occur. You agree to seek and respect consent before touching anyone and to clearly communicate your own boundaries.
• The Facilitator will ensure that any touch is respectful and consensual.

4. Respect and Conduct:

• Everyone should treat each other with kindness and respect.
• Bullying, harassment, or disrespect is not allowed and may lead to removal from the circle.

5. Confidentiality:

• Personal information shared in the circle is confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit permission.
• The Facilitator will keep all shared information confidential.

6. Participation:

• You are encouraged to engage with an open mind and heart. You can fully participate or quietly observe if you choose not to engage in a practice.

7. Food and Drinks:

• Drinks and foods, including cacao, may be served. Please inform the Facilitator of any allergies or sensitivities before consuming.

8. Punctuality and Presence:

• Please arrive on time to respect the group’s flow and minimize distractions (e.g., turn off mobile phones).

9. Publicity Waiver and Release:

• By participating, you allow the Facilitator to use any digital artifacts (including your name, image, or voice) for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• The Facilitator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the sessions.

11. Personal Responsibility:

• You are responsible for your actions and results. The Facilitator does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

12. Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement is the complete understanding between us and overrides any previous agreements or discussions.

13. Severability:

• If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

14. Amendments:

• Changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

15. Waiver:

• Any waiver of terms must be written and signed to be valid.

16. Relationship of the Parties:

• This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, or any other joint relationship.

17. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Florida.

18. Governing Law:

• This Agreement is governed by the Florida State Laws.
