Rediscover 1 Day Retreat Agreement
This agreement is made between the ‘Host,’ represented by Joanna Sanchez of JoaFitness Coaching LLC and Natalie Willett, and the ‘Participant,’ whose name and email are provided via the registration form below.
RETREAT DETAILS
- Date: September 21, 2024
- Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Location: 6720 17th St N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
1. RETREAT PRICING
The retreat admission fee covers all activities and services provided during the retreat, including an all-organic catered lunch and snacks. This does not include transportation to or from the retreat, personal expenses, or any items not explicitly mentioned as provided.
Sliding Scale Payment: $88-$111
2. PAYMENT & REGISTRATION
To confirm your participation, please submit the registration form with your name and email. By doing so, you agree to the terms of this retreat.
3. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
- Cancellation: To cancel your participation, email the Host at [email protected] by September 14, 2024. Cancellations after this date will be considered for credit towards a future retreat.
- Transfer: Reservations may be transferred to another participant with prior notice and approval from the Host.
There is no refund or discounted pricing for arriving late or leaving early.
4. RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
The Host reserves the right to make necessary changes to the retreat details or cancel the retreat if needed. If the retreat is canceled by Host, Participant will be refunded OR credited to another retreat, based on the Participant's preference.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting the registration form below, you acknowledge that participation in the retreat activities (including breathwork, non-linear movement, pole dance, cacao ceremony, womb healing, and an embodiment shoot) involves inherent risks.
The potential risks associated with the retreat activities include, but are not limited to:
Breathwork: Breathwork may involve intense emotional and physical experiences. Risks can include dizziness, hyperventilation, emotional release, or exacerbation of certain medical conditions. It is important to communicate any existing health issues to the facilitator before participating.
Pole Dance: Pole dance involves physical activity that can lead to injuries, including but not limited to bruising, strains, sprains, or falls. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
Cacao Ceremony: The cacao ceremony may involve the consumption of cacao, which could affect individuals with certain health conditions or sensitivities, including caffeine sensitivity or digestive issues. Participants should consult with a healthcare provider if they have concerns about the effects of cacao.
You agree to release and hold harmless the Host, Joanna Sanchez, JoaFitness Coaching LLC, Natalie Willett, and any associated parties from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from your participation.
You affirm that you are medically, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially able to participate in the retreat and that you will consult with your doctor if needed. You also understand that the Host is not a licensed medical provider.
6. MEDIA RELEASE
By submitting the registration form, you grant permission to the Host to capture and use media (photographs, videos, etc.) of you during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please notify the Host via email at [email protected] by August 30, 2024.
