Revere Her Ceremony Agreement

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date you accept it (the “Effective Date”) and is between Joanna Sanchez and Auriah Padilla (collectively, the “Facilitators”) and you (“Participant” or “You”), together referred to as the “Parties” or individually, a “Party.”

Purpose

The Facilitators offer ceremonial gatherings centered on connection, healing, and feminine embodiment through practices such as cacao, hape, and sacred smoke ceremonies using plant allies like blue lotus, rose, damiana, and jasmine.

You wish to participate in these ceremonies, and the Facilitators agree to hold space and guide the practices under the terms outlined below.

Agreement

Payment:

• Participation in the Revere Her Ceremony requires a payment of $55 via Venmo.
• Payment must be completed prior to the ceremony to confirm your registration.

Participant-Facilitator Relationship:

• All Parties agree to uphold mutual respect, safety, and understanding during the ceremony.
• Open and honest communication is encouraged, as well as a willingness to receive and integrate feedback.
• You agree to participate in cacao, hape, and/or sacred smoke ceremonies as guided by the Facilitators, while maintaining respect for your own boundaries and comfort levels.

Health and Well-Being:

• These ceremonies are for individuals who are in good physical and mental health and are not seeking medical or psychological treatment.
• It is your responsibility to consult a licensed medical professional before participating, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any known sensitivities or health concerns.
• Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to opt out of any activity at any time.

Allergies and Sensitivities:

• It is your responsibility to inform the Facilitators of any known allergies, sensitivities, or personal restrictions prior to the ceremony.
• This includes allergies to cacao, hape, or any plant-based substances (e.g., blue lotus, rose, damiana, jasmine) used during the sacred smoke practices.
• The Facilitators are not responsible for any adverse reactions if you participate without disclosing such conditions.

Consent and Boundaries:

• Practices may involve optional physical touch. All Parties agree to seek and respect consent before engaging in any form of physical touch.
• The Facilitators will ensure that all practices, including touch, are conducted respectfully and consensually.

Respect and Conduct:

• All Participants agree to treat one another with kindness, respect, and non-judgment.
• Disrespectful behavior, bullying, or harassment will result in immediate removal from the ceremony.

Confidentiality:

• Personal information and experiences shared during the ceremony are to remain confidential.
• The Facilitators agree to uphold the confidentiality of all shared information.

Participation:

• You are encouraged to engage with an open heart and mind. Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to observe quietly if a practice feels uncomfortable.
• Ceremonial tools are offered as part of the ceremony. If you are unsure about any tools being used, feel free to ask questions before participating.

Punctuality and Presence:

• Arrive on time to honor the flow of the ceremony and minimize disruptions.
• Mobile devices should be silenced or turned off during the ceremony to maintain a sacred and focused environment.

Publicity Waiver and Release:

• By attending, you consent to the potential use of your name, image, or voice for promotional purposes.
• The Facilitators will seek verbal or written consent before sharing any media featuring you.

Limitation of Liability:

• The Facilitators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the ceremony.
• You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and actions during and after the ceremony.

Personal Responsibility:

• You accept full responsibility for your participation and agree that the Facilitators do not guarantee any specific outcomes from the ceremony.

Legal Provisions

Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions.

Severability:

• If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Amendments:

• Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

Waiver:

• A waiver of any term or condition must be in writing and signed to be considered valid.

Relationship of the Parties:

• This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or joint relationship between the Parties.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Florida.

Governing Law:

• This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
