What is sensual movement?
Sensual movement is a type of physical movement that emphasizes the feeling of the body rather than focusing on the aesthertic appearance of the movements. It involves intentional exploration of the body through movement. Instead of controlling the way your body moves, sensual movement encourages you to let your body lead you.
Sensuality is your ability to connect to your internal senses. Itis NOT limited to ONLY sexual experiences
Connecting to your sensuality allows you to become more sensitive to your inner world. It allows you to be able to hear your own yes, your own no, your intuition - you will also notice how much easier it will be to connect to yout body's hunger cues!
