Ethereal Fire Sisterhood Community Circle Agreement

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date you accept it (the “Effective Date”) and is between Joanna Sanchez, Greyson Benning, Alicia Montoya (“Facilitators”) and you (“Participant” or “You”), together called the “Parties” or individually, a “Party.”

Purpose:

The Facilitator offers group sessions under the Ethereal Fire Sisterhood Community Circle, focusing on connection and healing through practices such as meditation, movement, and cacao ceremony to help participants process emotions and cultivate inner peace.

You wish to join these sessions, and the Facilitators agrees to conduct them under the terms below.

Agreement:

Participant-Facilitator Relationship:

• We agree to mutual respect, safety, and understanding.
• We agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and fully engage in the sessions.
• You agree to participate in breathwork, movement, and/or cacao ceremony as guided by the Facilitators.

Health and Well-Being:

• The sessions are for people in good health and not seeking medical treatment.
• It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional if needed.

Consent and Boundaries:

• Touch may occur during the sessions. This may include light, gentle, and consensual touch by the Facilitators or other participants, as part of the healing and connection process.
• You agree to seek and respect consent before touching anyone and to clearly communicate your own boundaries.
• The Facilitators will ensure that any touch is respectful and consensual.

Respect and Conduct:

• Everyone agrees to treat each other with kindness and respect.
• Bullying, harassment, or disrespect is not allowed and will lead to removal from the circle.

Confidentiality:

• Personal information shared in the circle is confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit permission.
• The Facilitators will keep all shared information confidential.

Participation:

• You are encouraged to engage with an open mind and heart. You can fully participate or quietly observe if you choose not to engage in a practice.

Food and Drinks:

• Drinks and foods, including cacao, may be served. Please inform the Facilitators of any allergies or sensitivities before consuming.

Punctuality and Presence:

• Please arrive on time to respect the group’s flow and minimize distractions (e.g., turn off mobile phones).

Publicity Waiver and Release:

• By participating, you allow the Facilitators to use any digital artifacts (including your name, image, or voice) for promotional purposes. The Facilitators will ask you if you are comfortable with what is being shared before doing so.

Limitation of Liability:

• The Facilitator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the sessions.

Personal Responsibility:

• You are responsible for your actions and results. The Facilitator does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement is the complete understanding between us and overrides any previous agreements or discussions.

Severability:

• If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Amendments:

• Changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

Waiver:

• Any waiver of terms must be written and signed to be valid.

Relationship of the Parties:

• This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, or any other joint relationship.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Florida.

Governing Law:

• This Agreement is governed by the Florida State Laws.
